32-year-old singer Sergei Lazarev is considered one of the most successful young performers in Russia. Sergey took his place not only in the world of music, but also tried himself in the acting field.

Childhood, biography of Sergei Lazarev

Sergey Lazarev was born on April 1, 1983 in Moscow. Little Seryozha has been involved in artistic gymnastics since childhood. However, the boy's soul gravitated towards music. The Lazarev family broke up and his mother raised Sergei on her own. Due to the large number of sports injuries, Seryozha was forced to leave gymnastics and continue his studies in song ensembles. Perhaps, if not for the large number of injuries, Sergei Lazarev would have been known not as a singer, but as a sports gymnast.

Sergey Lazarev in childhood:

In 1995, Lazarev was taken to the children's ensemble "Fidgets"... There he met Yulia Volkova (future singer, member of the Tatu group), and for the first time took part in serious dance performances. Thanks to Fidgets, the young performer starred in the famous Yeralash newsreel.

Duo Smash !!

In 1999, Sergei entered the Moscow Art Theater, where he studied for four years. While still a student, the singer, together with his friend from Fidget, Vlad Topalov, created a musical duet. In the early 2000s, the duo "Smash" was practically the only male duo. The duet began with friends recording a song as a gift to Vlad's father. The song turned out to be so successful that Vlad and Sergey decided to create a group.

Sergey Lazarev and Vlad Topalov:

Sergey Lazarev played in the theater, sang in a duet and achieved success in everything. The first album of the group "Smash" went gold. And the first clip stayed in the top of the music chart for six months. Unfortunately, the second album was the last for the band. Soon the friends had a falling out and the group broke up.

Solo career of Sergei Lazarev

In 2005, Lazarev began his career as a solo artist. The singer recorded his album in collaboration with a world-class producer who had previously worked with such stars as Celine Dion, Britney Spears and others. Despite all the predictions, the singer managed to win his place on the stage as a solo artist.

After the collapse of "Smash" evil tongues were talking that it was Vlad Topalov who was the main one in the duet, his father gave money to record albums, shoot videos. However, despite any money, Lazarev became a star, while almost everyone forgot about Topalov.

Sergey took part in various shows on federal TV channels. So, Lazarev took second place in the "Stars on Ice" show, before that he successfully participated in the "Circus with the Stars". In both shows, Sergei showed great ability to work.

Despite the huge amount of work, Lazarev finds time to regularly go to the gym, monitor his health, and learn English.

The performer does a large number of his songs in English. Sergei himself admits that he is equal to the western stage.

Personal life of Sergei Lazarev

Lazarev is showing an active civil position. In an interview for one of the Ukrainian channels, he admitted that he was not happy with the fact that Crimea had become Russian. The singer also regularly advocates for gay rights. Perhaps due to this, Lazarev has a large number of "non-traditional" fans in the fan club.

Sergey Lazarev met with a TV presenter for four years Leroy Kudryavtseva.

After parting, the girl very quickly married a hockey player. Many journalists wrote that the novel of Kudryavtseva and Lazarev was nothing more than a PR, but young people did not pay attention to this and lived together for 4 long years. Now Sergey and Lera continue to work together, conduct concerts and corporations.

In the Moscow gymnasium, where Lazarev studied, a museum of the singer was created.

UPD: Sergey Lazarev represents Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 !!!

UPD: In December 2016, it became known that Sergei Lazarev has a son, Nikita, who is already 2.5 years old. Sergei Lazarev confirmed this information to journalists, but refused to devote them to the details of his personal life.

Sergey Lazarev is a Russian pop star, a former soloist of the group "Smash !!", and now a popular solo performer, theater actor and TV presenter. He takes pride in the fact that he manages to combine several things at the same time and correctly distribute his forces.

Personal life

Since 2008, Sergei Lazarev met with a popular Russian TV presenter. The couple broke up at the end of 2012, maintaining friendly relations. Later, the singer was spotted with a Ukrainian singer, but he himself debunked rumors about the novel.

However, there was another opinion. Lazarev is one of those artists who are understandable to different generations, he has what the European audience values so much - his voice, charisma, a sense of humor and perfectionism in his work. In addition, Sergei does not need PR. After the musician was unfairly "given a ride" in 2016, the audience may simply feel sorry for him. And the discredited jury will be afraid to once again demonstrate commitment and readiness to act on someone else's orders, the journalists hope.

Unfortunately, this forecast did not come true. And if the audience really considered that Sergei's number in 2019 was worthy of only 3 places with 244 points (Netherlands - 261 and Italy - 253), then the jury again gave Lazarev points, with which it was difficult to count on victory - 125 and only 9th place. In the final total, Sergei repeats his past, becoming the third.

Sergey Lazarev's performance at the Eurovision-2019 final

In parallel with the main song contest, Lazarev is holding an N-tour, which will last another 1.5 years.

At the end of April 2019, Sergey Lazarev visited the studio of the Friday with Regina talk show. After the interview, the singer and TV presenter decided to play Vlad Topalov, Regina's husband, and jokingly kissed on the staircase. A friend and spouse were unexpectedly "caught" by a jealous husband. Todorenko posted a humorous photo collage on Instagram.

Lazarev Sergey Vyacheslavovich (b. 1983) - Russian singer, started as a soloist of the group "Smash", now he has a solo career in pop music, film and theater actor, television presenter, voices foreign cartoons. Represented the Russian Federation at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, where he won 3rd place.

Childhood

Seryozha was born in a Moscow maternity hospital on April 1, 1983. In the family of Valentina Viktorovna and Vyacheslav Yuryevich Lazarev, the eldest son Pavel was already growing up by that time, the difference with Sergei was 5 years.

Sergey Lazarev grew up as a very active and mobile child, he had more than enough energy. The boy's mouth did not close, mom and dad even jokingly nicknamed him "the talker bird." But they did not consider stage talents in him, friends advised him to give the boy to sports, so his parents brought him to the gymnastics section at the age of 4.

Sport tempered the boy, taught him to achieve his goals. Sergey took part in competitions and won many times. It was in the sports section that the realization came to him that in life you can and must get everything you want, you just have to try and work hard.

Seryozha was not yet a schoolboy, when his parents divorced, his mother had to raise two sons herself. But the boys from early childhood grew up independent and tried in every possible way to help their mother. In the neighboring stores, all the sellers knew Seryozha. But how this little boy bought food, not every adult knows how. He always asked if the bread was fresh, after the purchase he thanked and started conversations with the sellers.

School years

Primary school Sergei studied at the Moscow school number 389, and from the 5th grade he was transferred to school number 1061, which is located on Molodogvardeyskaya street. Mom got married a second time, and the family moved to their stepfather Mikhail Alexandrovich in a five-story building on Partizanskaya Street.

At school, Seryozha studied well, was a solid good student. The only thing that distinguished him from his classmates was that he was very purposeful: if he set himself any tasks, he would certainly fulfill them. Even if at the same time he was considered a "black sheep" in the class, he did not pay attention, but did in his own way, never adapting to anyone.

By this time, the boy's hobby for gymnastics had passed.

Firstly, his older brother Pavel studied in the children's dance ensemble Loktev for many years. While still a child, Pasha traveled with the ensemble all over the world, one tour in the United States was about three months. Of course, for a child there is a very tough schedule, one might even say terrible. But at the same time, the children received a lot of impressions and emotions. Sergei always liked how the family saw off, and then met his brother from the tour, he even envied him a little.

And secondly, Seryozha was injured in training, after which he could not compete. And to study, to work and at the same time not to win were already incompatible concepts for Lazarev.

At the age of 9, he left gymnastics and began singing and dancing with the Loktev ensemble. Gradually, the stage became his main life dream, Sergei realized that sport is not something that he would like to do all his life. To completely surrender to your favorite work, you need to immerse yourself in it with your head, and Lazarev found such immersion in music.

The beginning of the creative path

As a schoolboy, Sergei decided for himself his first dream - to win the Morning Star song contest, which at that time was very popular among children's creative teams.

For a couple of years he studied with his older brother in the Loktev song and dance ensemble. Along with this, he attended a studio at the Boris Pokrovsky Theater, where he studied acting, and his first appearance on the stage took place here. At the age of 12, Seryozha became a member of the group in the famous children's ensemble "Fidgets", with which he began his touring activities, the group traveled a lot to participate in various music festivals, and also performed on television.

In 1995, Lazarev tried his hand at the role of a film actor, he starred in the issue of the children's humorous film magazine "Yeralash" No. 124, where he played an art school student in the episode "Liar".

Despite such a workload, Lazarev continued to study well and took an active part in school life. By the senior grades, he became a ringleader among the children, he could easily organize and gather classmates around him. As soon as the school began to participate in KVN, Seryozha became a member of the team, and then headed it. Then he was the captain of the district KVN team, which took part in Moscow competitions and once went to Sochi.

In 1995, on the RTR television channel, a competition for children's songs "Golden Key" was held, and Seryozha became the winner. The next year, he won a victory in Italy at the Bravo Bravissimo competition. And in 1997 his childhood dream came true: the All-Russian competition "Morning Star" was submitted to him.

Theatre

In 1999, Sergei graduated from a secondary school, but was not faced with a choice: he had long ago determined his future path. For study, the Moscow Art Theater School was chosen, he got on the course of Kozak. As a sophomore, he already began performing on stage at the Pushkin Theater, where his teacher was Roman Efimovich Kozak.

On his account the following theatrical works:

  • Romeo and Juliet (Romeo);
  • "Borrow a tenor!" (Max);
  • Talents and the Dead (artist Jean-Francois Millet and Daisy Tilloux);
  • "The Marriage of Figaro" (Figaro).

In his diploma work "A few days in the life of Alyosha Karamazov" Seryozha got the main role of Alyosha Karamazov, Lazarev graduated from an educational institution with excellent marks.

While still a student in 2003, the actor Lazarev was twice nominated for Romeo and Juliet for the Seagull Award (for the best played love scene) and for the Debut Award.

And the production of "Borrow a Tenor!" at the end of 2005, she still brought Lazarev two Seagull awards for the role of Max (Breakthrough of the Year and the nomination For Those Who Like It Hot). For the same role, in the spring of 2006, Sergei was awarded the prize "For the fusion of musical talent with theatrical skill" by the non-profit foundation for the support and development of the theater of Oleg Tabakov.

In the summer of 2006, as the best debutant, Lazarev received one of the most prestigious theater awards - "Crystal Turandot".

In the fall of 2012, Sergei was awarded the "Star of the Theater Goer" as the performer of the best male role.

"Smash"

A musical career in Russian show business for Sergei Lazarev began with the group "Smash". In addition to him, Vlad Topalov entered the male pop duet, with whom Seryozha had long known from the Fidget group, where they worked and performed together.

Even when they were members of the Fidgets collective, the idea came to the guys to create a duet project. These thoughts swirled in the boys' heads for a long time, until they got concrete embodiment thanks to Vlad's mother. She invited the guys to originally congratulate Topalov's dad on his birthday: for this they recorded a composition from the musical Notre Dame de Paris. It was 2000.

And already in 2002 a duet called "Smash" filmed their first video in the spring, and in the summer they won the song contest "New Wave" in Jurmala among young performers. In 2003, the guys released an album for the first time, which later went platinum and was reissued twice, and in the fall of the same year, their first solo concerts took place in Moscow.

Twice the duet "Smash" applied for participation in "Eurovision" from Russia, but both times they chose other performers instead: in 2003 the female duet "Tatu", in 2004 the singer Yulia Savicheva.

2004 was marked by the second album of the group "Smash", but, unfortunately, it was also the last one. Shortly thereafter, Sergei left the duo and took up a solo career.

For such a short period of its existence, the group managed to win many awards: "Golden Gramophone", "Stopudovy Hit", "Soundtrack", Muz-TV award in the category "Discovery of the Year".

Solo career

In the first solo album of Sergey Lazarev there were 12 compositions in English, and he was recorded at a studio in London. It was released at the end of 2005, quickly became popular and sold 200 thousand copies. Three songs are particularly well established at the top of the charts and have remained in the charts for a long time ("Fake", "Eye of the Storm" and "Lost without Your Love").

In 2006, Sergei's first solo Russian-language song “Even if you leave” became especially popular on all radio stations in the country. The composition was awarded the Golden Gramophone Prize. The same award was given to his song "Into the Heart" in 2014.

It was not easy for the singer to climb to the top of the musical Olympus, because for a long time for many listeners he remained “the black one from“ Smash ”, and only thanks to hard work he became a popular performer Sergei Lazarev.

Over a 10-year solo career, 4 Sergei's albums and one collection have been released, which contains the best songs of the singer during this period.

Lazarev's performance in a duet with Ani Lorak was successful, they recorded a joint song specially for the New Wave competition.

In 2016, Sergei's next dream came true: he represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest.

The competition was held in Stockholm, Lazarev became the third. Starting this year, an innovation was introduced at Eurovision - the vote of the professional jury, which gave Sergei low scores. Even politics intervened in the music, and many European publications admitted that the Russian performer was undeservedly condemned, giving first place to the Ukrainian Jamala. However, ordinary listeners and viewers cannot be fooled, his composition "Let the whole world wait" with the most powerful special effects amazed and captured the whole of Europe so much that according to the results of the audience vote, he came out on top.

The television

Music and theater take up all of Sergei's free time, nevertheless, he still manages to take part in many television projects.

In 2006, the TV channel "Russia" launched the show "Dancing on Ice", where famous singers and artists mastered ice on skates in pairs with professional skaters. Lazarev got an amazing partner - Anastasia Grebyonkina, the couple reached the final and took second place.

In 2007, he won the First Channel show "Circus with the Stars". On the same television channel, he took part in the projects The Phantom of the Opera in 2011 and The Universal Artist in 2013.

Together with Ekaterina Varnava, he was the host of the show "Dance" in 2015. On the Ukrainian TV channel "1 + 1" in the project "Voice of the Country" participated as a mentor.

Personal life

In 2008, Sergei began a stormy romantic relationship with TV presenter Leroy Kudryavtseva. It started at the New Wave music competition in Jurmala, where they were both invited as presenters.

For a long time they tried to hide their relationship, claiming that they were united only by friendship and work. Nevertheless, at all social events, if Kudryavtseva was there, Lazarev invariably followed her. Despite the fact that Lera is 12 years older than Sergei, the couple was the most beautiful, stylish and effective in Russian show business.

But in 2012 they broke up, now they continue to be friends and very often lead concerts, competitions, festivals together.

The famous actor and talented singer Sergei Lazarev was born on April 1, 1983 in Moscow. Lazarev can rightfully be called a rather versatile person. He has established himself not only as a singer, but also as a TV presenter, film, theater and voice actor, a former member of the Fidgets ensemble and the Smash group.

Brief biography of a talented person

The parents of Sergei Valentin and Vyacheslav Lazarev divorced shortly after the birth of their son, and mother herself raised little Sergei and his older brother Pavel.

The future singer from an early return was a creative and positive child. He not only showed a great interest in music, but from the age of four he was engaged in artistic gymnastics.

In 2001, Sergey Lazarev, together with Vlad Topalov, formed the Smash group. Soon the group broke up and Seryozha began a solo career.

In the spring of 2015, a tragedy happened in the Lazarev family, which came as a big surprise to everyone. The death of his older brother from cardiac arrest greatly shocked all relatives.

The longest, by the standards of show business, Serezha's romance lasted five years. Lera Kudryavtseva was his companion. After parting, they still remained good friends.

Not so long ago, the Singer shared with everyone the news about his new companion. He preferred to keep her name secret, but said that she was related to show business. But at the moment, the artist does not officially live with anyone.

Where the famous singer used to live and his residence today

Seryozha was born in the Kuntsevo region, where he spent all his childhood. Despite the fact that the area has changed a lot since those times, the Khrushchev building in which the singer's family lived is still standing. Whole residential complexes were built on the site of many old houses. In addition, the area has become much cleaner and, according to the singer, now it is almost impossible to recognize it.

Of course, all fans and fans are eager to know about his current place of residence. But Seryozha himself is in no hurry to advertise the address of his apartment.

From his words, you can learn that now the singer lives as close as possible to the center of the capital of Russia.

Explaining this by the fact that in the center of the metropolis are all the key places associated with his profession. This makes it much faster and easier to access them. And yet, where does the famous singer live now?

The popular actor and singer acquired his first home at the age of 27 in the secondary market. Sergei paid 20 million rubles for a two-room apartment. It is located in the very center of the metropolis in a prestigious new building. The artist had been preparing for this step for several years, not only morally, but also financially. He saved up the required amount for a long time, so it was not easy for him to get his own cozy corner.

Seryozha did not delay the renovation of the newly acquired apartment, especially since it was originally an ordinary concrete box with bare gray walls and a floor. In order to make all his ideas come true, Seryozha hired an interior designer. Now this is the real apartment of his dreams:

  • Interior. The artist wished to make the interior of the apartment in dark colors and make it more masculine and bachelor.
  • The bedroom of the famous bachelor. The singer's bedroom has an extra large bed, a TV and a stylish chest of drawers.
  • Second room. Another room is equipped as a studio.
  • Space zoning. A huge, chic sofa separates the relaxation area from the dining, kitchen area.
  • Bathroom. And the color scheme of the bathroom does not differ from the design and color of the entire apartment.
  • High quality, expensive furniture. All furniture in Lazarev's apartment is Italian, made of natural wood.

While the artist's own apartment was undergoing major repairs, Sergei Lazarev lived in a temporary apartment. This living space was temporarily provided by his friends.

The young singer considers the car to be his second home. Six years ago, Seryozha bought an Audi Q7 and still does not part with it. But over time, tastes also change, so after moving to his apartment, the artist thinks about changing the car.
