(1 ratings, average: 5,00 out of 5)

Young economists who graduate from university begin to look for work in their profession. One of the most successful options for starting a career is working in a popular bank in the Russian Federation. In this case, a logical question arises: what is the salary at Sberbank?

Naturally, in order to serve a huge number of consumers, you need the same number of employees who can competently advise and provide assistance. The main requirement for future employees is graduation from a university.

Some students are afraid of interviews because they have heard various rumors regarding the difficulty of getting a job. Of course, everyone is attracted by the salary of a consultant at Sberbank.

Additionally, you can find out how to change your phone number in Sberbank Online.

There are two tips that will increase your chances of finding a job:

  • You should dress in a business style, it is advisable to come in classic clothes;
  • there is no need to be afraid to express your thoughts, even if they seem to differ from the ideology of your interlocutor.

The second point is especially important. During an interview, they ask questions; it is best to prepare answers to them in advance. After all, a frightened reaction to an unexpected question will not lead to a good result.

There are only six questions to prepare for:

  1. Is the fall in the ruble exchange rate good or bad?
  2. Describe your pros and cons in two sentences.
  3. Do you have a diploma with honors, and what grades did you get at the university?
  4. How do you imagine your life in five and ten years?
  5. How much do you plan to receive?
  6. And why Sberbank?

By answering these simple questions without hesitation, you can increase your chances. Considering that after university, most people in this field prefer to try to get a job at an institution, answers will be needed. The salary of a collector at a savings bank is also attractive, so many people try to get here.

And most graduates want to get a job at Sberbank for three reasons:

  1. There is educational practice combined with practice. It allows a beginner to get all the necessary knowledge in a short time and get to work.
  2. Reliability. As stated above, this bank is the largest. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about closure, as is the case with new banking organizations.
  3. Wage. In the first month, you don’t need to expect a huge salary, but if you do your work efficiently, then the professional will experience career growth, with which the salary will also fall. Payments also depend on the position held.

How much does a consultant earn at Sberbank is a pressing question.

Today we are going to find out what working at Sberbank is like. Reviews about this employer, as a rule, fill specialized pages with employer ratings. Many opinions cannot give an accurate answer to our today's question about integrity. Therefore, we have to study a lot of written and published messages. In truth, it cannot be said unequivocally that Sberbank is a great place to make money. But some are silent and keep this fact secret. And so we will try to understand how to get a job at Sberbank and what awaits us ahead.

Why do they strive?

The first thing you have to find out is the reasons for seeking employment in a bank. Not everyone receives specialized education to work in the banking sector. But everyone wants to get into Sberbank. And there are often certain motives for this. Which?

Firstly, our current employer is a prestigious and popular company throughout Russia. How many people do you think want to work in an ordinary bank or a place that no one knows about?

Secondly, we are promised career growth and good wages. This is what attracts most potential employees. Starting from the bottom and climbing the career ladder in the banking industry is what many desire. Just don’t think that you will succeed quickly.

In principle, the two listed reasons are the main ones. Now it’s worth looking at the opinions of employees about our current employer. Is he as good as is commonly believed?

Vacancies

Sberbank is hiring for several vacancies. And depending on them, many opinions about the employer appear. After all, each position has its own working conditions, as well as the recruitment process.

As a rule, Sberbank usually requires operators, as well as tellers and cashiers. Far from being the most prestigious places you can find, but in a bank.

Many people want to immediately get a job as an accountant or someone else with a higher status at work. Only such positions are usually not recruited. After all, managers are appointed by management. And it is very difficult to get there. Let's figure out what awaits us on the way to work at Sberbank, as well as what people think about finding employment in this place.

Tests

So, if you decide to find out from your own experience what it is like to work at Sberbank, reviews will help you make your final decision. And the first thing that awaits you is an interview. Next, tests will follow. They are small, but some are not satisfied. Why? Let's figure it out.

Employees are not happy about interviews in general. There are a lot of people, it takes a very long time to receive each person. But before that, you will have to go through the first part of the conversation with the hiring manager, that is, the group interview. On it you will be given special tests to solve. They are required when applying for a job at a bank. What remains to be done? A little school-level math and fill out a special form. And then wait for the call.

The second stage is a personal interview. There is a very long queue for him. They accept one person per hour, so you will have to stand for a very long time. If you manage to get an interview, then be prepared for the fact that you will be given a special questionnaire to fill out. Sberbank will not hire you for a job without it. It is somewhat reminiscent of the one you filled out during group testing. Only this option is more advanced. You submit the completed application form, answer the hiring manager’s questions and wait for a response. Have you been accepted? Take your time to rejoice. After all, it is important to know what awaits you ahead.

Practice

Pre-employment tests are far from the worst thing that can happen on the way to employment at Sberbank. Next, you will have two weeks of practice, or even more. Depending on what vacancy you applied for.

Working at Sberbank does not receive the best feedback from employees regarding training and practice. For example, you are promised a good team, but most likely an evil aunt will intern you and at the same time burden you with various responsibilities at the very beginning of the working day. Next comes the demands to do your job perfectly, no matter that you are an intern.

In truth, you don't even need a resume here. Everyone is currently being accepted to work at Sberbank. Most departments don't care what education you have, where you worked, and so on. As they say, they will teach you everything. The main thing is to create a minimal resume that will at least somehow create an impression of you. What is all this for? Moreover, during the internship, your mentor will not care how old you are or what kind of education you have. Often subordinates are much more developed than their superiors. Sberbank is no exception. This fact does not please the employees at all.

Work schedule

Let's assume that you were able to cope with the probationary period. It is at this moment that many simply drop out, so to speak, cannot withstand the load. And now it is important to know what the work schedule at Sberbank is. After all, from the very beginning they promise to make it loyal, convenient and almost flexible. But is it possible to imagine this in such a large company?

Working at Sberbank receives terrible reviews regarding the work schedule. Why? The thing is that regardless of your position (if it is not at the top), you will have to constantly be at your workplace and perform a lot of tasks. Sometimes the load is simply not real. And this, of course, does not make the employees happy.

Plus, you will be forced to work on weekends, and you will have a break only once a week - 1 day. And then back to Sberbank for my workplace. So, if you don’t have a particularly strong grip and weak nerves, you shouldn’t get a job here.

Operator

Now let’s digress a little and talk about the features of some of the most popular vacancies. For example, a teller in a bank. This position is constantly empty in Sberbanks in all regions. Why?

If you do not take into account the difficult work schedule and trials during employment, then you can notice the fact that as an operator you will be busier than you can imagine. Plus, you will often be given additional responsibilities. This is usually done by management - you will do their job. Not very nice.

And yet, a bank teller must communicate with clients. And they, as you know, are different and often not the most friendly, or simply do not know how to formulate their questions: they just make trouble and ask to call management. Such cases usually occur with older people. Do you need this? Therefore, many employees claim that working at Sberbank (Moscow or other regions) is a huge job. Especially if you decide to become an operator.

Consultant

Working as a consultant at Sberbank is another very popular vacancy. It has become extremely widespread with the advent of such a miracle of technology as special terminals for paying bills. And this place receives a lot of different reviews. What do they say?

The thing is that the consultant at Sberbank plays a very important role. He must help clients deal with bill payments and sometimes provide great support in this process. Reviews about such tasks are not the best. Especially considering the fact that this vacancy forces you to stand on your feet all day, without even a minute to sit down.

Working as a consultant in a Sberbank branch does not receive particularly good reviews. For example, many such employees emphasize that they often have to suffer with clients. Why? The thing is that most people don't understand what they are being told. And even more so, they are not able to carry out this or that operation on their own, no matter how much the consultant helps them. This often affects older people.

Plus, working at Sberbank also gets terrible reviews from consultants because of the tense environment. Probably, each of us has encountered queues at payment terminals in banks; they are annoying. Mainly when the one who slows down the process takes an extremely long time to figure out what is required of him. And all the negativity of visitors spills over onto the assistant consultant. And this fact does not suit everyone.

Salary

For many, the deciding factor in employment is salary. Sometimes people are ready to work hard from dawn to dusk just to be paid well. And here work at Sberbank also receives far from positive reviews. Why?

The thing is that all employees of any department will have to work a lot, and overtime. And under such conditions you will not be paid a normal salary. It can be said that responsibility and reward for completed tasks are not comparable to each other. At Sberbank, employees will have to spin like a squirrel in a wheel. And all this for a pittance, although initially they promised normal wages.

Perhaps the only good reviews at this point are from management. So to speak, from the top of this company. They can shift their responsibilities to their subordinates, and even receive good wages for it. In principle, this moment is no different from most companies.

Team

For many employees, the team at work plays an important role. And on this issue, Sberbank receives quite ambiguous answers. The thing is that in different regions the situation with people is different. In some places they are more friendly, in others not so much.

But overall everything is more or less positive. The team, consisting of ordinary employees, is usually quite friendly. True, you shouldn’t hope that you will be replaced on this or that day, but if it comes to collective complaints against the authorities, then everyone will go there.

In general, working at Sberbank receives reviews of the relative collective composition exactly the same as any other bank (or prestigious place of work). All this is because as soon as competition and career opportunities appear, everyone in the team will become each other’s enemies. And if you don’t succeed in growing up at work, then everyone will turn out to be friends again. In principle, it is thanks to a close-knit team that people cope with the difficulties of the probationary period.

Attitude towards employees

Also very important is the attitude of management towards their subordinates. This factor often makes you think 20 times before applying for a job. What can we say about Sberbank?

To be honest, the promises you are given during an interview are very different from reality. For example, everyone around you assures you that normal management awaits you, treating its subordinates with loyalty and dignity. But in reality it turns out a little differently.

What's happening? There will be a prejudiced attitude towards you; some will not consider you as a person. In principle, it is a quite common phenomenon among subordinates and managers. New employees will be burdened with someone else's work more than already trained comrades. Plus, you may hear that no one is keeping you at work. This phenomenon is not uncommon, so you will have to try hard to cope with the tension from management.

Career

Work at Sberbank (Moscow and other cities), as a rule, appears to employees as an excellent place to build their own career. Moreover, this is the banking sector. But is this really so?

To be honest, not really. During interviews and in advertisements, you will be told that you can quickly climb the career ladder and then take a high position. Only it's not like that. A fairly popular technique that employers use, and quite successfully.

There is propaganda at Sberbank that all employees are required to work like horses in order to develop and earn a living. But in reality, it turns out that you will work hard, but you will not develop and receive decent pay. Therefore, reviews of Sberbank regarding careers are actually not very good.

Upon dismissal

The process of leaving the organization also plays a big role. Especially if your company has a huge staff turnover, and Sberbank here gives its employees a lot of troubles and problems. Therefore, after dismissal, employees leave far from the best opinions about the employer.

The first thing you will have to deal with is working off (2 weeks according to the law). And during this period you will be so loaded that you will regret that you decided to leave. But this is far from the worst thing that can happen when you quit.

More troubles arise with paperwork. Sberbank does not issue income certificates to its former employees; to obtain it, you will have to fight with the entire branch. Be prepared that you won’t be able to quit so easily.

"Black list"

No matter how strange it may sound, Sberbank on the Internet is on the so-called “black list” of employers. Not with regard to the scam, but with regard to the credibility of employment promises.

Despite the fact that Sberbank is a very good bank, it is not worth working there. Especially if you are an emotional and fair person who does not tolerate rudeness towards you. Many people think that they can work a little at a bank to gain experience and practice, but employees assure that there is always a chance to find a quieter place for this venture.

Working in a promising, developing company is the dream of any aspiring specialist. And therefore, vacant positions at Sberbank are filled quite quickly. After all, many are attracted by the working conditions that the organization offers. In this article we will talk in more detail about such a position as a consultant. It is precisely this sector that attracts the largest number of young, but very promising specialists who want to work in a close-knit and professional team and at the same time receive competitive wages. From this article you will find out how much a consultant earns at Sberbank.

Responsibilities of a Sberbank consultant

Modern terminals installed in all Sberbank branches provide clients with the opportunity to use a wide range of services. It includes paying for online purchases, paying off debts and loans, replenishing a bank account, and much more. It would seem that such a position as a consultant should not be in demand at all, because everything can be done by a machine.

The Sberbank network includes a huge number of branches and branches

It is a big misconception to think that a consultant does nothing. In reality, it performs many different functions. And consulting clients is not the least of them. After all, not every citizen is able to immediately understand how to use such a high-tech device. But in addition to helping bank clients master the terminal, the consultant is obliged to:

  • provide advice on all issues related to the services provided by Sberbank;
  • if the client encounters any difficulties while performing any banking transaction, the bank employee is obliged to provide him with assistance and solve the problem;
  • regularly conduct research that will help the bank improve the quality of services provided. For this purpose, consultants conduct surveys and surveys of clients;
  • inform clients about new services provided by Sberbank.

And although their workload depends on how many employees work at Sberbank, this does not mean that the work is easy. Sometimes the consultant is responsible for distributing information booklets. These booklets contain information regarding new banking offers that have become available to customers. We can say that consultants carry out active advertising and explanatory work, which is complex.

And it is the bank’s clients who complicate the work of consultants, who, due to constant haste, can provoke conflicts. That is why the bank makes many demands on employees holding this position. These are not only requirements regarding professional skills, but also personal ones. The consultant must be able to quickly resolve conflicts and analyze the situation. Increased resistance to stress and good manners are the key to successful work.

What does salary consist of?

What does the bank offer to employees who agree to take on such a responsible position that involves serious emotional stress? Good salary. But what are the salaries of a consultant at Sberbank? Consultant salaries are influenced by multiple factors.

In particular, the level of wages directly depends on:

  • the locality in which the branch is located. It is not difficult to assume that employees of bank branches located in large population centers have higher wages;
  • a flow of customers that provides the bank with a larger amount of deposits. As a result, consultants' salaries also increase;
  • the presence of additional services, since the wide range of services provided attracts customers more.

A consultant's responsibilities include a wide variety of responsibilities.

The personal qualities of the consultant also play a significant role in this. Because if an employee is able to interest a client, then more financial products will be purchased from him. From this we can conclude that employees themselves are able to influence their wages. After all, if you are able to interest a client and at the same time work in a department with a good client flow, your salary will be quite high.

Reward and bonus system

But what attracts job seekers most of all is the system of bonuses and bonuses used by Sberbank management. After all, how much consultants earn directly depends on bonuses. For attracting new clients and actively distributing banking products, the consultant has the opportunity to receive certain bonuses:

  1. Corporate training. The financial institution is interested in the education and professional growth of its staff, so it often sends employees to corporate training.
  2. Preferential conditions for taking out a loan. The bank provides its employees with the opportunity to obtain loans on more favorable terms.
  3. Additional insurance. Specialists working at Sberbank receive additional medical insurance. Moreover, they are provided with insurance against illnesses and accidents as a pleasant bonus.
  4. A unique pension program. This is a corporate program that provides its participants with very favorable conditions.

We should also not forget that the institution regularly organizes various holidays and corporate competitions for its employees. Thanks to this, the team becomes more united and works exclusively for high results.

How much do consultants earn in the capital?

In the capital, there are usually very few vacancies for this position. Local branch managers are willing to pay handsomely for a professional who will do a good job of promoting the financial products offered by the bank. And therefore, it is not at all surprising that there are quite a lot of people willing to take such a position.

The average salary of a metropolitan consultant is at least 36,000 rubles. This is a fairly high salary when compared with the regions. However, such incomes are not high for the capital. Since the average salary in Moscow fluctuates around 65,000 rubles.

The bank provides training to its employees

Salaries in the regions

If we talk about the situation with wages in the regions, it is not so optimistic. Because Sberbank management refuses to pay high salaries to those who work in regional branches. On average, the salary of these employees ranges from 25,000 to 30,000 rubles. But in some areas wages are even lower. This is due to the very low flow of customers.

Salary levels of other Sberbank employees

We looked at consultant salaries. But what are the salaries of people who hold other positions at Sberbank? How many people work in the bank's offices? Enough. And they have very different salaries. Of course, directors and their deputies have a high level of salaries. For example, the head of a department can count on a salary of at least 60 thousand rubles, and their deputies - 49 thousand rubles.

Managers and operators have an income of 27-30 thousand rubles, as do accountants. But it is worth noting that credit inspectors and collectors can also boast of a high salary level - about 48 thousand rubles.

Conclusion

Having considered the salary level, it becomes quite clear why many applicants try to get a job at Sberbank. In addition, we should not forget that the company provides its employees with a flexible and profitable bonus system. Using it, an employee can count on more favorable lending conditions. Moreover, Sberbank is interested in increasing the level of professionalism of its employees. And that’s why it regularly sends employees on internships. Working at Sberbank is a valuable experience for any aspiring specialist.

Subjective assessment of who lives well in Sberbank.

I believe that 80% of the success that can be achieved at Sberbank, if you follow the Pareto 20/80 rule, depends on the specific office (its territorial location, internal layout and incoming client flow) and only 20% is due to the people who work in it. Someone will disagree with this, but this is my opinion, formed by years of work at Sberbank. At least with a specific question, “How did you manage to achieve this?!”, I often received an honest answer, not for management or commissions, but an honest “It happened that way.”

For a comprehensive assessment, it is necessary to distinguish three main types of Sberbank office:
1 Type of offices - line offices, located near the metro and in shopping and entertainment complexes. A huge number of new clients, constant queues, many complaints and requests, as a result, a high load on employees and their rotation. High share of transfers, card issues, lending, currency. From a business point of view, offices are profitable, even very...

2 Type of offices - Social offices. Their main clients are people of retirement age, the majority of clients are permanent, there are few or no new clients. Basic operations: depositing and withdrawing money, receiving a pension, making deposits. As a rule, such offices always fulfill the plan for Deposits, or even exceed them by 120-150%, because Grandparents, out of habit, trust their money to Sberbank, despite the low deposit rates relative to the market.

3 Type of offices - Peripheral offices. Located in the suburbs and on the outskirts of the city. As a rule, regular clients of different social structures, there are no clearly defined transactions, there are also no queues or only on payment days from the 14th to the 22nd of each month, the workload is tolerable, there is little rotation.

A little humor. Remember, in the 1960-1970s, there were jokes from the “Armenian Radio” series?!
“How to determine which Sberbank office you are in?!”
“It’s very simple, if clients are standing on the heads and bodies of the fallen, in the background there is an assault on Izmail by Russian troops, you are in office 1, if the air, in addition to gunpowder and sweat, smells of medicines and antiques, this is 2. If after arrival, you left for within 20 minutes, they talked to you politely, gave you a smile as a bonus, then definitely a 3.”

Now, my dear reader, let’s take a closer look at what the Sberbank office is like and who lives there. The word lives, which is especially appropriate here, because... You don’t work in Sberbank, you live. Let's take a closer look at who lives here to a greater extent, who lives less, and who spends the night...

Start. The starting position in any additional office is a consultant for banking products. Code name - KBP. The main indicators are “Endurance” and “Charisma”. You need stamina to run around the office on your feet all day long. Charisma to convince the client that he will not have life and existence without useful banking services. People up to 25 years of age are hired for this position without experience, although older individuals can be found. Training takes a couple of days and into battle.

“Consultants always have any answer to any question!”

Main functionality This is selling, selling, selling banking services and assisting customers in working with ATMs and terminals. Selling is easy, to help KBP, Sberbank has developed the “KBP Bible”, a book of KBP standards, where all functionality, products, service standards, appearance are clearly stated, sales skills are reviewed, scripts are given, and so on... so on... so on. A lot of work has been done and deep respect to those people who gave this book life. You need to sell:
- FREE Mobile Banking - SMS messages about incoming and outgoing transactions. The thing is really necessary and well made, especially if you know how to use SMS commands;
- FREE Internet bank - everything is clear here, the ability to make statements on the Internet and pay for anything. IMHO the coolest, safest and most sophisticated online bank is Alfa-Click (Alfa-Bank), but many clients don’t know this, so they will be happy with this too.
- FREE Autopayment is a service that allows you to automatically pay for cellular communications. A convenient thing, I don’t remember the last time I topped up my phone for myself and my loved ones.
- FREE Thank you from Sberbank - bonuses that are awarded when paying by card in stores and on the Internet. Periodically I spend them on OZONE...

The assistance consists of providing advice to the population on how to use the terminal and ATM. Clients, as practice shows, for the most part, instead of using an ATM and terminal, paying for something and going home, prefer to turn off their brains, lower the curtains over their faces and stand in line. There are absolutely comical cases when a client takes a number, withdraws money from an ATM and takes his pink, blue, yellow receipts to the operator, instead of simply paying them with a card. And here the task of KBP, your task, is to catch such a client, grab him from the queue, transfer him to the terminal, and simultaneously activate free services.

“See that you are not horrified, for all this must come to pass, but this is not the end yet:”
In general, do not be surprised when you come across customers who insert something that cannot be inserted into various slots of the ATM. Read what is written, they have bad manners (bad manners). It is an absolutely normal phenomenon when the client inserts a card into the slot marked “Receipt Tape”, ignoring the slot marked “Bank Card”. Or they may throw coins into the bill acceptor, indignant that it is inconvenient to put them there. They also often ignore the ATM’s desire to insert ONE bill at a time, indignant that the slot is so narrow that the entire stack of them will not fit. The phrase “The ATM is not working” is also not for them. Through experience, they come to the conclusion that there is nowhere to push the card, and if they manage to push it in, then it’s strange why the card is not readable. The message that the ATM does not work for reception, but works for dispensing, makes them feel anxious and nervous... They look for you around the hall with their eyes to ask a question that has an answer, if you read the messages on the screen. But as you already understand, reading this is bad manners. In your work you will encounter a huge number of comical situations. Your value in the company will skyrocket after you start telling work stories... “Well, stupid... like Zadornov’s.”

You have no direct financial responsibility; there are no valuables that you must hide in your personal locker. As for personal responsibility, it lies in the fact that if you help a client send money to the wrong place, several scenarios are possible:
You will be expected in approximately a month, or even more, when a joint is discovered, lynching by some not quite sane clients who will point fingers at you and demand immediate emasculation, because... The refund process is lengthy and sometimes takes 2-3 months.
If an ATM malfunctions, this happens, as a rule, every 100th client, in general it is rare, but I found myself in such a situation 3 times, and the client initially did not want to use the “shaitan machine”. Here the price of the issue arises, if it’s small and you have a penalty to the “Charisma” and “Eloquence” skills, it can work, but if your green brother ate a lot of money, then only +10 to eloquence can save you, otherwise you’ll have to cast the spirit “Leader” "and try to retreat under his protection, simultaneously placing immobilization runes on the client.

“At whose expense is this banquet? Who will pay?

Motivation. In the process of evolution, motivation in Sberbank is getting worse and worse... Just a couple of years ago, employee incomes were decent, but now... So, you will have a salary in the range of 15-18 thousand rubles, when the motivation was revised, especially fort KBPs received good income up to 25 thousand rubles. There is a monthly bonus, which directly depends on your fulfillment of the plan for selling FREE products. “Selling free things” sounds funny. Frankly speaking, you would have to be blind, dumb and deaf not to carry out your plans. However, there is a monthly reduction factor of 0.6. If you want to receive a bonus of 100% of your salary, then you need to do 200% in sales. I boldly declare that this is real. If your tongue grows out of your mouth, your head is on your shoulders, and your legs are out of your ass, then you will do both 200% and 300%. And here the office in which you have to work comes to the fore. The most tasty morsel is 1 office, but it’s hard, and there are a lot of clients, but you won’t have to wait long for income with a career. 2 and 3 are also fine at first, but here resources are limited and the moment will come when 3 out of 4 clients you approach will already have the services that you need to sell. The monthly bonus also includes deposits opened through an ATM and terminal, for clients plus a higher rate in relation to open deposits through operators. In this embodiment, KBP becomes a direct competitor of operations officers and managers, because for an operator this is bread and the opportunity to receive a decent salary, and for a manager, opening deposits is included in their personal performance indicators... Wait for the storm, prepare for war...

Of the minuses. Many managers harness the KBP to perform unusual tasks, in general, if there is a team and you fulfill your indicators, then it is not stressful, and it is also interesting: Water the flowers, clean up and take out the garbage, replace advertising, issue license plates, scan documents, do inventory for the archive, call the client, fill out an application with the client..., some things you do after work...

The quarterly bonus includes 5 indicators, and also has a reduction factor of 0.7, it is beautifully called “Standard for an official tweedledum”, but you and I are Russian people and call a spade a spade...

1. Increase in balances. Weight 20-30%. If you play games, then you know that the “Luck” indicator affects the amount of gold found in chests, the size of a critical hit, the trophies that you can take from a killed monster... This indicator can be roughly described this way. At hour H, a cut is made based on the growth of balances, the “Luck” indicator is checked, a verdict is made... not so lucky? Minus in terms of growth, the indicator is taken as 0. It’s good that at least it’s not subtracted. Of course, the neighbor on the right may say that the more clients you attract, the better you please them, the faster they will put money into your pocket. But how much of this is your task?! This is more of a task for managers and executives, but nevertheless the indicator affects your income.
2. Auto payment. Weight 10%. Your connections and those of your colleagues are taken into account; the indicator is transparent and depends mainly on you. Dare...
3. Quality. Weight 20%. This is the first possible difficulty you will encounter. More details here. As a rule, in nature there is nothing in its pure form, gold 999, the air consists of 79% oxygen and 21% nitrogen, white color is a set of colors, but chemistry and physics, and in general the laws of the universe are completely ignored by the management of Sberbank, i.e. .To. They set a goal of 100% completing the mystery shopping process. For the convenience of everyone and you too, they were developed... not at all like that... like Moses with whom God communicated and gave him the 10 commandments, which Moses conveyed to the performers... Your management gives you a “service notebook” and you will burn if you don’t use it, so To finally finish you off, they will give you an Option sheet (more on that later) and a bunch of other booklets... It would be appropriate to use an unloading vest, like the army guys, but they won’t provide you with this. And since office supplies at Sberbank are purchased once a year... oh, that magic word “Office”... you will have to buy everything yourself.

Let's return to the service notepad. There are several purchasing scenarios, one of the scenarios applies to you, my friend. You must go through 5 sales steps: greeting, identifying needs, consultation, selling a service, saying goodbye. Each of these steps has small steps. All steps take about 5 minutes. Ready to introduce yourself to every client and ask what his name is?! Introducing yourself is not difficult; the difficulty lies in the client’s stupor when he wonders why you need his name. But the client’s name needs to be written on the service notebook, ticked, and the completed notebook must be stored like the apple of one’s eye for another 3 months.
In addition, in order to monitor execution, management checks completed (read with ticks and notes) service notebooks during the quarter. Therefore, the main work is not in using 5 steps and a service notebook (instead of sales, you will write questionnaires for 5 minutes, some questionnaires were filled out in the evening for a report), but in searching for a possible secret buyer, using the deductive method, from the general to the specific. Fortunately, management warned about the start of secret purchases. As a result, some KBP, poorly using the deductive method, drained purchases up to 60-70%, the management anathematized them, they were crucified on office doors, whipped on the cheeks with silicone clichés from vacuum sealers and other abominations. Of course, you can sit and chat with every client you live well. If a client immediately tells you to go to hell, it’s definitely not secret. To your sadness, a cloud of clients come to Sberbank, who would be happy to chat with you, discuss politics, football, their life, the life of their girlfriend, low pension, bad politicians... After a while you will be aware of all the latest events, however, with Over time, you will have to develop new skills like “Flash” or “Invisibility” in order to get away from such a client with lightning speed. Otherwise, at the meeting in the evening... You wonder what this is?! I'll tell you a little later... You will share news releases with everyone, but to the strict question HOW MUCH?! You will only throw up your hands, cursing the Greek gods...

So that your life doesn’t seem sweet at all, they give you an Option Sheet, which is a guided survey, i.e. questions that have obvious answers, banking services are tailored to these obvious answers. Absurd, but true, they require you to fill out both forms when working with one client!!! It sounds absurd and stupid, moreover, you need to store them, proving that you are using them. Those who didn’t use it in the evening simply ticked the boxes and put them away in their lockers... They will be punished, because if someone came up with this, then they must use it. After all, the people who came up with this are gurus, and they are confident that only with this miracle will you become mega effective. Now I’ll tell you briefly how they come up with it...

First, management sets really big plans. The bulk of KPIs are young people who have to grow and grow into a tough and self-confident position; as a result, only a few fulfill KPIs. A “Sewing Circle” gathers here, where specialists are invited. The plumber gives the task to cook Peking duck, the hairdresser goes to the store and buys chicken, and the doctor starts cooking... Is there a cook around here somewhere?! As a result, the “sewing circle”, after several meetings, comes up with a “medicine” that should help the KBP become more effective and immediately implements it... spoke, listened, responded, decided, decided, calculated the effect... signed and sent it down. After some time, realizing the emptiness of the work done, and yet it is necessary to report on the results, they reduce the planned indicators and report that efficiency has increased by 120%... so it’s not the efficiency that has increased, but the plans have decreased...

Let's go back to the option sheet... You approach the client and ask:
- Do you like it when they give you a back massage, relieve tension, and make you relax?! The client will naturally say YES, it’s hard for me to imagine a person who will say NO... and even if the client prefers being whipped, he is unlikely to admit it... so YES.
- Back massage with aloe and mango milk, Interesting?! Wiping away the saliva that begins to flow abundantly at the ends of the mouth, YES-YES...
- Well, it’s really nice and comfortable when they give you a massage using four hands?!
Finish, the client is beating in ecstasy, YES-YES-YES-YES, I want... where... where to run....
In a calm and even voice, the consultant, using the SSV technique...property-connection-benefit, solemnly announces... Our massage salon will allow you to relax, in addition, by purchasing aloe and mango milk, you will feel a surge of strength, your body will become stronger. Our two massage therapists harmoniously massage all areas of your body. This will allow you to relax and unwind as much as possible...

We’ve arrived... Why can’t we immediately offer a four-hand milk massage?! You can’t... We shouldn’t have been sitting there?! In vain did they assemble the commission and draw up a protocol?! What is the smartest?! No one has yet canceled the process for the sake of the process... remember, like with fishermen... the main thing is not the catch, but the process. If you need fish, go to the store... if there is no fish, then there is cancer...

The stationery is a lot of fun; the main buyer of the stationery becomes you, your colleagues and your boss. As a rule, the manager bears the largest share of office expenses... No pens?! Go and buy... And to the question of when the office will be available, the simple answer is there is a competition, we choose the supplier who will offer the most favorable conditions, the most favorable can be emphasized several times. As a result, when the stationery arrived, the cost according to the assortment was noted. I was confused that some items were priced as if Sberbank were buying them at the office supply store around the corner at retail, and not wholesale. Interestingly, the kickback system also works here?!

4. Lending. Weight 20%. There is no direct influence, this is the manager’s task. But you can hand out booklets to each client and tell them about lending. The manager will only thank you.

5. Queues. No? Weight 20%. I don't even know where to start. An indicator that is included in the personal KPI of all management and all employees, at the same time it does not affect any commission income, it is a fiction... but they are severely punished for it and called to sweep the carpets. Its goal is to reduce the client's waiting time in line. The idea is simple: the customer should wait less than 10 minutes before being served. And here a lot depends on the type of office. This indicator can be honestly done only in the Peripheral offices; other offices carry it out according to the principle “Just to get it done.” Management sets a goal as in the joke:
“After 30 years, adults Vovochka, Mashenka and Petya meet. Mashenka became a doctor, Petya an engineer, and Vovochka a general. Masha and Petya are perplexed
Vovochka, you only got bad grades, how did you become a general?!
Very simply, I skillfully set a goal that others achieve.
How is that?!
I DO NOT MATTER HOW, BUT THAT IT WILL BE DONE BY MORNING!!!
Whatever the goal and the result, elves-sorcerers and gnomes-engineers come into play. Casting and breaking, Queue KPIs. No! performed. Which of the managers did not have the appropriate guys on their staff in time writes explanatory notes on the topic “Who is to blame” and “What to do.” A priori, the “Manager” is to blame. So this cup will pass you by. But the manager, with the instinct of survival, also involves you in the execution process; of course, they won’t put you in the window, but you will be given out numbers like a cute little one, especially on payment days. Your task is to cover the touch panel with your chest; you shoot approaching adversaries with a bunch of questions in order to delay the moment the ticket is issued. Feel like King Leonidas and the other Spartans entering into battle with the 100,000-strong Persian army. You won’t get money for this, but you will hear a couple of affectionate words from clients: “Why are you up, just move away.” In general, the touch panel for many clients is a kind of ribbon at the finish line. It’s especially funny to watch how the first client coming in stands and thinks about what to choose, and at that moment a mysterious hand, appearing out of nowhere, is already frantically pressing the screen. Moreover, this hand didn’t care what service its owner needed.

Those who enter first are also gifted, they take the coupon that is printed for themselves, and continue to calmly study the menu; the next freshly printed coupons also end up in their hand. Then there is usually a small skirmish, after explaining to each other who is a goat, who is a sheep and how animals differ from humans, remembering in vain relatives and who someone is like, the participants in the philological process are placed on the benches. There are certain cadres who have learned through bitter experience that if you come first, it is not a fact that you will be called first, they dial their numbers in all possible directions. With a machine-gun belt of license plates, they sit contentedly, wait and admire their mega resourcefulness.

In addition to the monthly and quarterly bonus, there is an annual bonus, which, if you influence at all, your influence is similar to the influence of Zimbabwe on the American capitalist machine.

Schedule and vacation. The manager is in charge of drawing the schedule, so there are normal options 2/2, the classic five-day week from 09 to 18... but there are also schedules of 5 days from 11 to 21, or from Tue to Sat, from 10 to 20. In general, the issue with the schedule is resolved and is being resolved with the leader. Vacations are also negotiated with the manager. As a rule, the most valuable employees choose their vacation time first, although this rule does not apply in all offices.

Processing. Of all the positions in the satellite office, you have the least overtime or none at all. And if there is, then you can beg for additional payment. Don’t expect that the fur coat will be immediately thrown off your master’s shoulder... you need to tug a little, jump, moan... Regarding the income part in general, you can live and work, the main thing is YOUR ability to convince and competently convey the benefits of FREE services to clients.

“Let the winter crops sprout
You plucked, wild geese,
But it’s sad to tell you: “I’m sorry!”

Sberbank production system. You also have to meet her. In general, the idea is good, but every good idea in Sberbank is driven to madness and squared. You will be required to know by heart the entire BOOK OF KBP STANDARDS, therefore you need to know: functionality, responsibilities, sales scripts, formulas for calculating motivation, calculation of quarterly, annual bonuses, morning meeting, evening meeting, non-material motivation, what is 5+, 5c, 3p... do you think I'm joking?! No, you really should know this and I knew... and you will know... The question of why is not asked... You just need to know...

“Do today what others do not want, tomorrow you will live as others cannot.”

The perfect look for a working day. Do you want to prove yourself?! Repeat after me. You arrive at work 30-40 minutes before you start working with clients. You check the relevance and sufficiency of marketing materials in the hall and with the operators, water the flowers (if any), print client statements and handouts. Then there is a morning meeting, where you are given plans for the day. To battle. You actively push clients, offer, sell, help, offer, sell, help... you have lunch in 10 minutes, during lunch on the vision board you write current problems (learn to speak beautifully) and ways to solve them, you don’t squander your ideas, but carefully put them in a chest “KAIZEN”... and again you offer, sell, help... you probably guessed what 3P is... You stay at work for 30-40 minutes, report to your manager about the results for the day (participate in the evening meeting)... Enter the numbers on the performance board... .. .Freedom... fans of Mel Gibson and Braveheart... hello..

“It makes no sense to continue doing the same thing and expect different results.”

Let's summarize the results. In general, the work of the KBP is interesting, I am glad that I went through this path and learned invaluable skills and lessons. The most important thing is that the career did not take long to arrive. On average, if you are a worthy consultant, then in 4-6 months the doors will open for you to the position of Individual Service Specialist (SPS), and if you are on good terms with management and you really know how to sell, in addition you know what PSS is and other abbreviations, then you will become a sales manager (SPM). For my part, I would recommend that KBP go to the first type of office, this is where you will achieve maximum results. Otherwise, you will lose weight and gain weight, like some of my colleagues, in antique offices, by eating sweets and chocolates, received in large quantities from grandmothers who appreciated your help in paying the receipt at the terminal...
Good luck and see you soon...

In our next chapter, I will talk about the life of other positions in the Sberbank office...
