For a sweet dessert, you can use rice paper, nori leaves, plain or chocolate. For filling: cottage cheese, mascarpone, cream cheese, cream, absolutely any fruits and berries, even jam. Below are some delicious and easy recipes.

Rolls in pancakes

What is necessary:

  • a pair of chicken eggs;
  • a spoon of granulated sugar;
  • half a spoon of salt;
  • 400 ml milk;
  • 240 g flour;
  • 130 g cream cheese or mascarpone;
  • a couple of spoons of powdered sugar;
  • any berries or fruits;
  • coconut, chocolate chips, ground nuts for decoration.

How to cook:

  1. Prepare pancake dough by mixing sugar, salt, milk, eggs and flour.
  2. Fry pancakes.
  3. For the filling you need to combine cheese with powdered sugar.
  4. Peel the fruit and cut into slices. For example, you can take bananas and strawberries
  5. You can use round pancakes, or trim the edges and make squares.
  6. Grease half of the pancake with cheese, place slices of fruit and berries on top.
  7. Roll up and cut into pieces. You can put another layer of cheese on top of the fruit.
  8. Decorate the rolls with coconut or chocolate shavings, or nuts.

Rice rolls

Ingredients:

  • a couple of sheets of nori;
  • 6 pieces raspberries or;
  • 100 g feta cheese;
  • 110 g cooked sweet rice.

How to cook:

  1. Cut the cheese into small strips.
  2. Wash and dry the berries.
  3. Place rice on most of the nori, preferably with wet hands.
  4. Place cheese and berries in the middle. Wrap into rolls and cut into several pieces. Serve with ice cream.

Curd rolls

What you will need:

  • 3-4 sheets of rice paper;
  • a couple of packs of cottage cheese;
  • some strawberries;
  • a pack of vanilla sugar;
  • condensed milk and coconut flakes.

How to cook:

  1. Mix cottage cheese with vanilla sugar.
  2. Cut the fruit into strips.
  3. Soak each sheet in turn in water.
  4. Gently grease the paper, lay out the fruit and wrap.
  5. Cut, garnish with condensed milk and coconut flakes. Instead of condensed milk, you can decorate with whipped cream.

Sweet sauce for rolls

To make the rolls even more enjoyable for you, your family and your children, you can add sauce to them. Of course, today all this can be found in any store, and in a wide variety of tastes and aromas. But it’s better to make the sweet sauce yourself, although it’s a little more complicated.

Strawberry sauce

What you will need:

  • a pack of frozen strawberries;
  • 4 spoons of granulated sugar;
  • a pack of vanillin;
  • spoon of starch;
  • glass;
  • 50 g.

How to cook:

  1. Place berries, granulated sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of water in a frying pan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Dilute starch in half a glass and add to berries. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and add cognac and butter, cook for 7 minutes. Turn off and add vanilla.
  4. Cool. You can grind everything in a blender until smooth.

Chocolate banana

Ingredients:

  • a couple of bananas;
  • a can of condensed milk;
  • half a bar of white chocolate;
  • 55 g butter;
  • vanillin;
  • a glass of Baileys.

How to cook:

  1. Melt the tiles in a water bath, adding oil.
  2. Add condensed milk, small pieces of banana, vanillin. Leave in the bath for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, pour in liqueur and cool.

Cottage cheese sauce

  • a pack of cottage cheese;
  • 3 spoons of sour cream;
  • a glass of Baileys;
  • pack;
  • 3 spoons of powdered sugar.

How to cook:

  1. Mix all ingredients and beat thoroughly with a blender. Cool slightly.

Sweet rolls, homemade, with cream cheese and fruit - a delicious and trendy dessert, the taste of which you can vary by using various fresh or canned fruits or berries.

Both children and adults love these creamy rolls. You can make them more or less sweet by changing the amount of powdered sugar or using fruits with a pronounced sour taste for the filling. We took the photos for this recipe in the winter and had bananas and canned peaches. At different times we tried making rolls at home with strawberries, kiwi, raspberries, pitted cherries in various combinations. The dessert always went off with a bang. Cream cheese can be replaced with soft curd cheese. To make fruit rolls, you will need a roll mat and cling film. From the specified amount of products we get 3-4 rolls (depending on the diameter).

Need to:

  • Rice paper for spring rolls
  • Cream cheese – 400 grams
  • Powdered sugar – 120-130 grams (about 0.75 cups)
  • Fruits and berries of your choice (preferably 2-3 types)
  • Cold boiled water – just a little to wet the rice paper
  • Dessert sauce (optional)

Preparation:

We wrap the mat for preparing rolls with cling film.

Fruits and berries need to be washed and dried. Cut large fruits into cubes or long slices (this also applies to strawberries); do not cut only small berries such as raspberries.

Let's say it again: you can use not only fresh, but also canned fruits, you can use berries, it is better to use 2-3 types of fruits or berries in one roll.

Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar.

Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Place 1 sheet of rice paper on a mat wrapped in cling film (if anyone doesn’t know, this is EDIBLE paper). Wet the paper with water: sprinkle a few drops and spread it over the entire sheet with your palm ( watch our video recipe!). When folded, the paper should not break, but it should not become soggy either.

Place the cream mixture in the middle of the rice paper and spread it into a rectangle.

Place fruits and berries on cream cheese.

Using a mat, roll the roll, pressing it lightly with your fingers; before the last “turn”, you can add another drop of water to the edge of the rice paper. You can leave the roll round, or you can use the same mat to give it a triangular or square shape in cross-section ( watch our video recipe!). We repeat the operation and roll the remaining rolls. It’s good to put the finished rolls in the freezer for 15 minutes, so that later they will be easier to cut into pieces.

So, let's have some fun and make some very creative sushi and fruit rolls! This dish is well suited for dessert, vegetarians and will greatly surprise your guests. The recipe is very simple and preparation does not take much time.

Step 1: Ingredients

  • banana

  • radish or jicama

Stage 2: Nigiri - Rice

The original recipe used the overseas vegetable Jicama, I couldn’t find it in the store, so I had to replace it with radish. I wonder if jicama or radish is used in Eurasia, anyone know? Next time I'll definitely try it with jicama.

  1. We start by cutting a slice 0.5 cm thick, approximately
  2. From this slice we cut out rectangles 5 cm long and 1.5 cm wide, approximately

Of course, I don’t think it’s worth measuring every piece with a ruler :)

Stage 3: Nigiri - Tomago


  1. Cut a rectangular piece of mango. It should be the same size as the radish in the previous step.
  2. Cut the corner with a bevel as in the photo.
  3. Place this piece of mango on top of the piece of radish that we cut in the previous step.
  4. Take a toothpick and soak it in honey. Apply honey to the center of the mango.
  5. Sprinkle sesame or chia seeds on this honey strip.
  6. Use a second toothpick to get a straight line.
  7. Do the same on the sides.

Fruit sushi Nigiri Tomago (sushi with special omelette) is ready!

Stage 4: Nigiri - Ebi



  1. Cut a rectangular piece of melon. It should be slightly longer than the radish. Make an oblique cut at one end.
  2. Cut off the corners on the other side to give the rectangle a rounded appearance.
  3. From the middle of the piece, make a cut at an acute angle, as in the photo.
  4. To make a tail, cut a triangle from the thin side of a piece of melon so large that it completely hangs over the piece of radish.
  5. To add texture, score the top side of the melon. A small cut at an angle, then a vertical one and then remove the excess part.
  6. Place the resulting piece of “fish” on top of the radish. All is ready.

Fruit sushi Nigiri Ebi (shrimp sushi) is ready!

Stage 5: Nigiri - Toro

  1. Take a grapefruit slice and peel off the white skin.
  2. Cut the slice so that it is the size of a piece of radish.
  3. Cut diagonally as shown in the photo.
  4. Place the grapefruit on top of the radish slice.

Stage 6: Rolls - Shell

  1. Cut the bananas into small slices.
  2. Take a plastic cap of suitable diameter and remove the core of the banana. It may be convenient to place plastic wrap or stretch inside the cap - it will be easier to remove any remaining banana from inside the cap.
  3. Remove the banana peel and dip the banana in lemon juice to prevent it from browning.
  4. Dip the banana thoroughly in honey.
  5. Roll the banana over the chia (or sesame) seeds.
  6. Use a toothpick to remove or reposition any seeds that are out of place.

Stage 7: Rolls - Innards

  1. Cut round pieces of kiwi and melon to fill the center of the roll. If your rolls turn out to be high enough, you can place a piece of the inside of the banana inside the shell, which you cut out at the previous stage, and place a kiwi or melon on top.
  2. Grapefruit can simply be placed in small pieces inside the roll until it is completely filled.
  3. Try different combinations of fruits to create colorful rolls with an original taste.

This is how you can make fruit sushi at home relatively easily. This is a great idea, for example, for a child's birthday. Our children were delighted.

There are quite a lot of cooking options, so it’s time to consider at least some of them. So let's get started.

Chocolate pancakes with fruit

First, it is proposed to consider how to prepare sweet rolls in the form of pancakes. This is an option for a not too sweet dessert. When preparing these rolls, soft curd cheese, moderately sweet fruits and white chocolate are used.

Step 1. Pancake recipe

Required ingredients:

  • cocoa powder – 190 ml;
  • granulated sugar – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • milk (the percentage of fat content does not matter) – 190 ml;
  • wheat flour – 1 tbsp;
  • chicken egg – 2 pieces;
  • light beer - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • butter – 20 gr.;
  • vegetable oil;
  • pistachios – 200 gr.

Preparing rolls begins with baking pancakes. The dough is prepared as follows: mix cocoa powder, granulated sugar, milk, eggs, beer, butter (we use it not cold, but pre-melted), flour, crushed pistachios as much as possible. The recipe states that vegetable oil is used to grease the pan.

Step 2. Preparing the filling

What you will need:

  • Buko cheese (Mascarpone and Philadelphia are also suitable) – 260 gr.;
  • vanilla sugar - 2 tbsp is enough. l.;
  • sugar – 200-210 gr.;
  • yogurt - one third of a teaspoon;
  • gelatin – 10 g;
  • flower honey (liquid) – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • fruits - to taste.

Mix cheese (Philadelphia, Buko, Mascarpone), yogurt and sugar. Honey and gelatin need to be slightly heated. It is suggested to do this using a microwave oven (not long 15-20 seconds). The resulting mass is added to the curd cheese, and vanilla sugar is added there. The filling should be placed in the refrigerator for approximately three hours.

Step 3. Sauce recipe

To prepare the sauce you only need:

  • cream – 150-160 ml;
  • white chocolate – 300 gr.

The sauce should be made like this: heat the cream, almost bring it to a boil and then gradually add white chocolate to the cream. The cream must be stirred until the chocolate has completely melted. After the chocolate has dissolved, you need to cool the sauce. To do this, we put it in the refrigerator. Leave the rolls there for 2-2.5 hours.

Step 4. Sweet rolls – combine pancakes, filling and sauce

So, how to make sweet rolls:

  1. grease the baked pancakes with the prepared sauce;
  2. Place the filling (step 2) and chopped fruit on top of the pancake;
  3. We wrap each pancake into a roll;
  4. All rolls should be cooled;
  5. Next, cut each roll into 6-8 equal parts; each sweet roll can be topped with pistachios, if there are any left over after preparing the pancakes.

Black Samurai

Sweet rolls under the sonorous name “Black Samurai” are proposed to be prepared next. This recipe has some similarities to the one previously discussed: it is also based on pancakes. But black samurai rolls are less sweet, you can even call them neutral.

To prepare sweet rolls you need:

pancakes:

  • cocoa powder – 3 tablespoons (tablespoons);
  • milk – 260 ml;
  • wheat flour - half a glass;
  • granulated sugar – 2 tbsp;
  • chicken egg – 1 piece;
  • butter – 50 gr.;
  • vegetable oil (for baking pancakes).
  • apple - half;
  • orange - 1 piece;
  • Philadelphia cheese – 200 gr.
  • chocolate – 50-55 gr.

You need to prepare sweet delicious rolls like this (recipe):

  1. you need to make a dough, for which you need to mix heated milk, egg, sugar, cocoa powder, flour. The dough should turn dark brown;
  2. Next, not too sweet pancakes are baked;
  3. each pancake must be greased with butter on both sides;
  4. Next you need to prepare the filling: mix the orange and apples cut into slices;
  5. Place each pancake on a flat surface, grease it with cheese, put a mixture of fruits (apple and orange) on top;
  6. pancakes are wrapped in a roll and sent to the refrigerator for 2-2.5 hours;
  7. Divide sweet fruit rolls into 6-8 equal parts;
  8. Place the rolls on a plate, and then pour melted chocolate over them.

Children's rolls

You can prepare rolls especially for the youngest lovers of Japanese cuisine - for children. Recipe for little ones and not so little ones.

What you will need:

pancakes:

  • half a glass of wheat flour;
  • milk – 260 ml;
  • sugar – 3 tablespoons (tablespoons);
  • 1 egg;
  • cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons (tablespoons);
  • butter – 25 gr.;
  • vegetable oil.
  • bananas – 1 piece (small);
  • strawberries – 150 gr.;
  • almonds – 50 gr.

How to cook rolls (recipe):

  1. ingredients: milk, flour, egg, butter (melted), cocoa powder, sugar - mix well. This can also be done with a mixer or blender;
  2. The dough is done - it's time to cook the pancakes. We bake them in a frying pan using vegetable oil;
  3. banana mode stripes, divide strawberries into 2-4 parts;
  4. Place the pancake on a flat surface and spread the filling on its edge. Then we roll the pancake into a roll. Before adding fruit, you can grease the pancake with cream cheese;
  5. Sprinkle the rolls with almond flakes. The next step is to place the almost finished dish in the refrigerator for 15 minutes;
  6. Place the dish on a plate; you can top the rolls with syrup or jam. We've finished cooking.

- nori sheet – 3 pcs.

Grind the peach in a blender, add granulated sugar and cottage cheese, beat for two minutes. For convenience, wrap the mat with cling film. Place a sheet of nori, spread the rice with wet hands, carefully turn the nori over so that the rice is on the bottom. Place curd cream and jam in the center. Using a mat, roll the roll, roll in coconut flakes, cut into 6 pieces, and serve.

You will need:

Butter – 2 tablespoons
- milk – 1 glass
- egg – 2 pcs.

- mascarpone – 255 g

1. Grind the eggs with cocoa and sugar, add previously melted butter, flour, milk, knead the dough to a liquid consistency. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, heat it thoroughly, and bake thin pancakes.
2. Soak gelatin in half a glass of water, leave to swell for half an hour. After this, dissolve the honey in a water bath, warm it up, add granulated sugar, a couple of tablespoons of water, and cook for a couple of minutes. Let cool, add gelatin and mascarpone, beat with a mixer.
3. Peel peaches and mangoes, cut in half, remove seeds, and cut the pulp into thin strips. Wash the berries, dry them, cut them into slices.
4. Grease the pancakes with cheese cream, place half of the pancakes with wet hands over a tablespoon of rice, and smooth. Place berries and fruit strips in the middle and spread with cheese cream.
5. Roll up using a mat and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut the rolls diagonally and place on a plate along with the fruit syrup.
