FAQ

I would like to order an English translation from you for my annual report. It has about 100 pages. How long will the translation take and can I count on a discount if it contains a lot of tables?

Translation of the report into English is completed quite quickly (for example, within a week, but the deadlines are negotiated individually). There are surcharges for complex formatting, and discounts for volume, the amount of which the manager will calculate when placing an order. He will name the amount to pay.

There is a bank statement, the translation must be made into Chinese, and then notarized. Is it possible to do this work, for example, in a week?

Certainly. Translation of bank statements is often ordered, so difficulties are unlikely to arise. For a signature, we turn to a notary who cooperates with Blitz on an ongoing basis. So the deadlines you specified are quite realistic. Contact us.

Do you have translators who translate extracts from the EGRUL (I read that you are transferring from a bank)? Need translation: extract for visa and EGRUL into English.

The employees of the Blitz translation agency who carry out such orders have an economic education behind them, are familiar with the features and nuances of this field, meet the most stringent requirements, and therefore cope with tasks of any complexity. An extract from the register will also be translated.

If you have an account statement in your hands and need a translation into English, send us a clear copy of the document by email, discuss the deadlines and nuances, indicate whether certification is needed, and we will complete your order by the specified deadline. We will send the completed statement to the same email.

We could not help but prepare an extract from the balance sheet - a sample of it, because any accountant may need such a document. Why such an extract is needed, based on what data and how to fill it out, you will learn in this article.

Why do you need an extract from the balance sheet?

What kind of explanations and extracts accountants have to compile in the course of their work! Some of them must be designed according to strictly established standards, others - in any form.

One of these “arbitrary” documents is an extract from the balance sheet. There is no specific form for it - each statement is unique and depends on what information and in what volume the user requires.

Let us dwell on the most common situation when an extract from the balance sheet is needed in connection with the company’s decision to exercise the right not to pay VAT (Article 145 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation).

NOTE!This right is granted by paragraph 1 of Art. 145 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for those whose revenue excluding VAT for the previous 3 months in a row did not exceed 2,000,000 rubles.

About how to obtain exemption under Art. 145 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, read this material .

Preparing data for extract

In order not to pay VAT legally, the company needs to collect a package of documents and submit it to the tax authorities (clause 6 of Article 145 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation). This package also includes an extract from the balance sheet. But in fact, the information that should be given in it cannot be taken from the balance sheet. To do this, you need to collect data on revenue, and you can get it from accounting registers.

For more information on how revenue is related to the balance sheet, read the article “How is revenue reflected on the balance sheet?” .

To fill out the statement, you will need data on the volume of goods (work, services) sold. This should also include revenue from transactions taxed at a 0% rate.

NOTE!Officials insist on the mandatory inclusion in revenue of proceeds from transactions not subject to VAT, transactions that are not subject to VAT, as well as from the sale of goods (work, services), the place of sale of which is not the Russian Federation (letter of the Ministry of Finance dated January 29, 2013 No. 03- 07-11/1592, dated 10/15/2012 No. 03-07-07/107, Federal Tax Service of Russia for Moscow dated 04/23/2010 No. 16-15/43541), although the judges do not agree with them (clause 4 of the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court RF dated May 30, 2014 No. 33, resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation dated November 27, 2012 No. 10252/12, etc.).

There is no need to take into account the prepayment received (letter of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation for Moscow dated April 23, 2010 No. 16-15/43541), proceeds from activities on UTII (letter of the Federal Tax Service dated May 12, 2014 No. GD-4-3/8911@) or goods transferred free of charge (letter of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation dated September 30, 2013 No. 03-07-15/40261).

When the information for the statement is prepared, you can begin filling it out.

Let's give an example. The management of Salut LLC decided to exercise its right under Art. 145 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The accountant collected information about revenue and prepared an extract.

For the next 12 months, Salut LLC will use the VAT exemption, and the accountant should monitor the amount of revenue so as not to exceed that established by Art. 145 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation limitation.

An extract from the balance sheet is made according to a form developed independently in order to highlight the issue for which the extract is needed. The main thing is that the information in it is understandable and reliable. To save time, you can prepare a template and then use it if necessary.

And carrying out transactions on it, has the right to receive an account statement or bank statement. However, if individuals do not have an urgent need to track the movement of their own funds, then this procedure is mandatory for organizations and individual entrepreneurs. So, today we will find out how long it is valid, what an account statement (eg credit card) looks like, and how to get it.

What is an account statement

An account statement is a banking document generated automatically for a certain period of time, which reflects the movement of funds of a bank client.

An account statement as an important document is discussed in this video:

Required details

The extract is a document of a strictly established form, which indicates the following mandatory details:

  • client account number;
  • date of the previous statement indicating the closing balance. It is also the opening balance on the current statement;
  • details of the documents according to which the movement of funds was made;
  • Number of correspondent account;
  • cash balance, which will be the opening balance for the next statement;
  • the amount of transactions on account debit and credit.

Certificate with account statement

Functions

And should receive bank statements on a regular basis. This is necessary because this document allows us to solve a number of issues:

  • Reporting. It is necessary, first of all, for your own use in order to correctly assess the movement of funds in the account. An extract will also be needed to compile and submit reports to third-party organizations (partners, banks, tax authorities) to confirm the actual state of affairs.
  • Evidence in court. If any conflict arises regarding the confirmation of a dubious transaction, a document certified by the bank will serve as proof of the payment or non-payment.
  • Accounting automation.
  • Comparison of information contained in the extract, with data from primary documents - receipt and expense orders.
  • Proof of erroneously debited funds from an account. In this case, the bank client must notify the bank about this situation within 10 days after receiving the certificate. Otherwise, the client will be deemed to agree with the account balance.

As a result, the main purpose of the statement is to organize regular monitoring of the movement of funds in the client’s account.

Peculiarities

  • Statements should not only be stored in the organization’s accounting department, but also processed by it in a timely manner. This means that the information contained in them must be immediately entered into a special accounting database upon receipt.
  • The bank is obliged to provide statements to clients on the basis of the “Regulations on the rules of accounting in credit institutions located on the territory of the Russian Federation.” This regulatory act establishes that the terms and procedure for the bank to provide statements from client accounts are regulated by the account agreement.

Receiving a document

Based on this legislative act, the bank has the right to provide statements to the client in the following forms:

  • electronic;
  • in paper form: through post office boxes or directly from the operational employee maintaining the account.

Electronic

When providing an extract in electronic form, the documents are signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS), which confirms that the certificate was received from the credit institution indicated in it.

The advantage for the client in receiving a statement electronically is that there is no need to appear at the bank. In this case, the client can always unscheduled check the account balance as of the current date. In addition, he has the right to change the service settings, which will allow him to receive statements at a time convenient for him.

To be able to receive statements online, the client must connect to Client Bank or Internet Bank.

Reflection of money received from customers in a bank statement in 1Described in this video:

On paper

However, many clients still prefer to receive statements at a bank branch. This is explained by the greater degree of clientele’s trust in paper documents certified in hand by employees of the credit institution.

In addition, there are no risks inherent in receiving a statement online, when communication channels with the bank can be intercepted by third parties. When contacting the bank, the client can also ask the employee questions that concern him. Therefore, this method is considered the most reliable.

However, when receiving a statement at a bank branch, certain documents must be presented so that the bank is convinced that the client is entitled to this. These documents are usually a passport and, if necessary, a power of attorney.

Important information

  • Based on the information provided, the bank employee will check the credentials of the person contacting him. In most cases, the chief accountant of an enterprise or individual entrepreneur contacts the bank to obtain statements.
  • As a rule, statements are stored in a special file cabinet and sorted by the end of the client’s account number. The statement generated by the bank is stored in the branch for four months, after which it is subject to destruction.
  • Upon receipt of the statement, the client must ensure that all necessary financial documents confirming the transactions are attached to it. These are payment documents such as, for example, payment orders or demands. These documents must be certified with a “cancelled” stamp.

A bank account statement is a document that shows the deposits, expenditures and balance of your money. With its help, an individual can:

  • confirm financial solvency (for example, when applying for credit and loans, foreign visas, adoption, guardianship);
  • report on income and expenses (civil servants);
  • control your own finances.

Sberbank provides several opportunities to obtain information about the movement of funds. Depending on the purpose and technical capabilities, the extract may be:

  • short or detailed;
  • in electronic form or on paper;
  • by account, card or specific transaction.

Card transaction history

The holder of any banking product has access to information about transactions on it. When plastic is reissued, its number changes. The bill often remains the same and the information is retained when the plastic is replaced.

You can find out about the status of your card account and changes in different ways. Users receive a significant portion of information through remote communication channels. Some forms of reports require a personal application to the bank. The article describes all the options in detail.

Map details

Detailed information on plastic is presented in your personal Internet banking account, and is also available when contacting a Sberbank branch.

The details differ depending on whether it is a debit card or a credit card.

According to the first, the online account allows the holder:

  • find out the validity period, balance;
  • view the latest changes;
  • order a report and extract;
  • obtain details for transfers;
  • find out tariffs;
  • use a visual graphic statement.

For a credit card, the details contain:

  • information about the balance of funds;
  • Until what month is the plastic valid?
  • amount of debt, total and broken down into preferential, overdue, obligatory payment;
  • recent fund movements;
  • rates.

Here you can also order a report by email.

Software in bank branches allows employees to provide more detailed information. For the client, the result of the request largely depends on the qualifications of the specialist he sees, as well as on the accuracy of the formulation of the task.

Is it possible to find out who transferred money to a Sberbank card?

The easiest and most common way to find out where the money came from is to read SMS. Notifications about transfers from clients - individuals within Sberbank are received on the mobile phone when notification is activated.

If the information received via SMS is not enough (the last name is missing in the messages) or it is irretrievably lost or alerts are not connected, you can find out the sender only at a Sberbank branch by applying with a passport. Reports that are available via the Internet, telephone, or ATM do not contain such details.

If the transfer came from a legal entity, perhaps the purpose of the payment will be informative for you, for example, “receipt of salary”, “credit of pension”. It is contained in reports received via remote communication channels other than the ATM.

The name of the organization is not indicated. Moreover, some institutions choose common phrases to assign payment, such as “Deposit.”

Such wording may hide benefits, compensation, payment, anything. You can find out who made the transfer only at a Sberbank branch; you must have an identification document with you.

You will reduce the time it takes to find the sender if you provide the account number, date, time, and payment amount.

Account statement and card statement: what are the differences?

“After funds are received into the seller’s account...” – we often see this phrase in public offers of online stores. The client presents the plastic card or enters its data and makes a payment. The bank reserves money online. The actual write-off occurs after processing. When making interbank transfers, the transaction may wait in line for up to several days.

The Sberbank card statement reflects the moment you entered the PIN code or password from SMS. Money sent to a customer is often shown as available before it is credited to the account.

Detailing by plastic allows you to see the funds available for payment. The actual account balance may vary, with some money waiting in line for the bank to process the transactions properly.

The Sberbank account statement reflects the moment the bank actually processed the transfer.

Let's figure out how to get a card and account statement from Sberbank.

What is it, what does it look like, what information does it contain?

Mini statement

Brief information about recent transactions is available at the ATM via SMS. Cost 15 rubles.

Mini statement

The information on the card is usually relevant for personal use and is informative for checking the movement of funds. A mini-statement from an ATM or received via SMS contains data from the last 10 transactions and is simplified:

  • date of;
  • amount, the “–” sign is used to indicate write-off;
  • The SMS contains the purpose of the payment (debit, credit, issue, annual service fee, etc.).

Payment decryption in online banking offers additional information about the location of the transaction. You can track, for example, in which store the money was spent, its legal name will be indicated, this can be “Lenta”, “Auchan” or an uninformative individual entrepreneur, LLC.

If you withdrew or topped up at an ATM, the transcript in the remote account will contain the terminal number. It is noteworthy that Sberbank does not offer on its website a service for searching for an ATM by its number.

There are third-party resources that offer this opportunity; just enter a query in the search engine “Sberbank ATM *** (number from transcript).”

On the page with the latest fund movements in the online account, when you click the print button, the system opens the document in a separate window. It will additionally indicate the exact time of changes on your card.

The Sberbank account statement contains more official information:

  • personal account;
  • number of the branch where it is open;
  • contract number;
  • currency;
  • first name, patronymic, as well as the initial of the owner’s surname;
  • the period for which the statement was generated;
  • date of the last transaction preceding the period in the document;
  • balance at the beginning and end of the period;
  • transactions: date, name (issue, contribution), amount (broken down by debit/credit, i.e. income/expense), balance after each change;
  • the amount of turnover for incoming and outgoing transactions;
  • interest paid by the bank.

Full statement

The document is provided on a debit plastic account for any period of time of interest. You can create it yourself in your personal account online:

  • click on the product you are interested in;
  • in the menu that opens, select “Full bank statement”;
  • if necessary, save or print the generated document, click on the “Print” command located in the lower right corner of the sheet;
  • in the menu that opens, select the desired action (save as pdf, print, minor edits to the document format).

If you need official certification with the bank’s seal, as well as in case of difficulties using access via the Internet, contact the branch with your passport.

Full statement

Credit card statement

A full credit card statement indicating the official information requested by third-party organizations (banks, consulates, government agencies, etc.) is available by personally contacting a Sberbank branch. The site service does not offer the generation of such a document remotely.

You can send your credit card report by email. This document has the following features:

  • is generated only for reporting dates, for an arbitrary period is not provided, since, in addition to the movement of funds, the document contains information about the debt of the grace period, the amount of mandatory payment and other data related to the reporting schedule;
  • Only the account number is present, the owner's name is missing;
  • the report arrives by e-mail in html format, which somewhat limits the possibilities of working with information compared to pdf, doc, rtf.

How to make a card statement

Sberbank clients are given so many opportunities to obtain the history of card transactions that it is difficult to classify them.

You can find out the last 10 transactions, the statute of limitations of which is no more than 3 months, through any means of communication with Sberbank

1) For 15 rubles at an ATM:

  • insert the plastic for which you need detailing into the card reader;
  • enter PIN;
  • in the menu, go to the information section, select the “Mini statement” button.

On a sheet slightly larger than a cash receipt issued from an ATM, the dates and amounts of the latest changes will be indicated with a “+” (receipt) or “–” (expense) sign, as well as the balance.

2) Send an SMS from the number you specified when registering the card to 900 with the request “History ****”, **** are the last digits in the plastic number. It is acceptable to write ISTORIA or 02. In response, you will receive an SMS with brief information about the latest changes:

  • date of;
  • amount (debit with a “–” sign, credit without a sign);
  • a laconic purpose of each movement of money (issuance, purchase, deposit, etc.);
  • current balance.

Commission for the service is 15 rubles.

3) From any phone. To do this, you will need a 5-digit client code, which must first be obtained at an ATM or by calling 88005555550 or 900. To receive data by phone, be prepared to provide the security word, passport number, plastic card, and your address. Having the code in hand, you can find out the latest changes:

  • dial 88005555550 or 900;
  • select 2, 2 in the voice menu;
  • if the phone you are calling from does not have a mobile bank connected, dial the card number and #;
  • indicate the client code;
  • press 1;
  • if you are calling from a number to which several of your cards are connected, indicate the last 4 digits of the number you are interested in, #;
  • press 2.

4) The latest payments are displayed in your personal account on your computer and in your mobile phone application. Reports and extracts, which are generated as separate documents, allow you to expand the information. How to order a statement for a Sberbank card through Sberbank online is described below.

Through a bank branch

At the Sberbank office they will definitely ask for your passport, and also take your card.

Employees are ready for your product:

  • answer any questions orally;
  • generate a report and send it by email;
  • fill out an application for regular sending of information to the @-mail address you specified;
  • prepare a report and hand over a printout to you;
  • make an extract on paper, certify it with a blue seal and signature of the employee.

When applying, it is important to establish exactly what you need, a report or its version - an extract. In the bank, the two documents have fundamental differences.

The report is generated to be more informative for the holder, while presentation to third parties as a legal document usually requires an extract containing more formal data.

By e-mail

Data on all transactions can be received by e-mail in two ways.

On one's own:

  • via Internet banking, go to the page of the plastic card you are interested in;
  • in the recent operations tab, select report to e-mail;
  • enter your email address;
  • mark the period of interest (week, month, arbitrary at your discretion);
  • click the order button.

Delivery takes a few minutes.

At a bank branch:

  • contact a bank employee with your passport;
  • fill out the application, indicating the period of interest;
  • carefully check the data, especially the email address, sign;
  • If you wish, fill out an application to send a monthly report by e-mail.

How to view card and account transactions via the Internet

In your Sberbank-online personal account, on the page with information about current products, under the designation of each of them there is a menu item “Show transactions”. By clicking on the link, you will open a list of the last three.

By selecting any of your plastic media with the cursor, you will open detailed information. By default, the tab with the 10 most recent transactions will be active. Here you can also order a map report by email for free.

The report looks different depending on whether it is for a debit or credit product. In any case, we find the column “Operation date” - this is the day on which the plastic balance changed. Opposite is the date of processing by the bank, a brief description (place of occurrence, type, amount, currency).

For debit cards, an account statement is generated on the tab with detailed information.

Find out transactions via SMS

To receive a mini-statement on your cell phone, send an SMS request to number 900 “History zzzz”, zzzz = last digits of the card number. The cost is 15 rubles for the bank’s service; an additional charge is for sending a message at the telecom operator’s rate.

Mobile app

In mobile banking, by clicking on the name of the card you are interested in, you will see the latest movements on it.

To use the service, a mobile application must be installed on your phone. It is downloaded from the official website of Sberbank. After installation, you need to register using a username and password. They can be obtained in different ways:

  • through an ATM;
  • by calling 88005555550 or 900;
  • in your Sberbank Online personal account.
